THE TRADING HOUSE KREMENCHUG STEEL CASTING WORKS
«Kremenchug steel casting works» public company is one of the leading enterprises of contemporary casting production of Ukraine in respect of manufacture of steel casting for freight cars, and as pig-iron moulding of various configurations under drawings of customers.
Specialists of the works have developed the modern technology of manufacturing of castings from low-alloy steels and thanks to that, the enterprise makes the products of high quality.
Production of the «Kremenchug steel casting works» is used by such well known companies as: «The Russian railways» (Russia), «Ukraine» (Ukrainian railways), the majority of car-building factories of Ukraine and the CIS, the manufacturer of lorries – the factory «KrAZ» (Ukraine).
Today the enterprise occupies the area of 32 hectares on which five basic cases by a total area more than 123 000 ì2 are placed.
The basic shops of the enterprise:
- steel melting shop,
- shaped article casting shop,
- thermal shop,
- metallurgical equipment shop,
- road-transport shop,
- railway shop,
- repair-mechanical shop,
- power supply shop,
- oxygen - compressing shop.
Production is certificated under the international standard of maintenance of quality ISO 9001:2001. Production for railway branch has certificates of the Register of certification on a federal railway transportation of Russia (a principal organ of certification of production for a railway transportation of the CIS), and also Systems of certification in Ukraine Ukr SEPRO.
