CERTIFICATION

Main products of «Kremenchug steel casting works» public company – are certified in Ukr SEPRO system and in System of certification for federal railway transport of Russia (SCFRT) and have conformity certificates in force.

By certification bodies, according to the results of inspective control there is noted the full conformity of our products to the requirements of safety norms.

With a view to confirm for consumers the existence of possibility of manufacture of high quality products, at the enterprise, in 1997 there had been developed and introduced the quality system for conformity to the requirements of ISO 9001:94 standard.

Under version of ISO 9001:1994 standard the quality system has been certified by TUF, Rainland, Erokva, Ukr SEPRO, Association of American Railroads (AAR).

In 2002 there had been performed the improvement of quality system and its bringing into accord with the requirements of new version of ISO 9001:2000 standard. At the enterprise there have been determined the processes ensuring the successful management of quality. There is performed the systematic appraisal of these processes under selected criteria with the purpose of analysis and improvement.

We work at the introduction of control of technological processes on the base of statistical methods of processing the information of their parameters.
Our specialists have the confirmed qualification of auditors and quality managers. During conducting the constant internal audits of subdivisions, they determine the directions of improvement of processes of the enterprise.

In 2003 the quality management system had been certified in Ukr SEPRO.

Our enterprise is open for consumers, we allow the possibility of audit conducting by representatives of customer within the framework of quality system check – up.

The main aim of politics of politics of the enterprise in the sphere of quality – the supply of products conforming completely to the requirements and expectations of consumers and the conquest of leading positions on CIS market.

In 2003, by Assembly of business circles of Ukraine, within the framework of program “The leaders of 21st century”, the mark «Åðó highest hallmark” had been awarded to our products with presentation of the diploma “For high quality and competitiveness of casting for the railway car building needs”.
